Different Marquee Types

Marquees come in various shapes and sizes. The most common marquees are the aluminum frame marquee hire. These marquees come with a clever design that allows for a lot of flexibility in the usage of the available space. The best thing with frame marquees is that they do not have internal vertical poles, which mean that you are able to use all the available space without restrictions by the vertical poles.
The other marquees available include the traditional pole marquees and high peak marquees. The traditional pole marquee is manufactured using canvas, which is supported by support poles and kept under tension by guy ropes. The guy ropes are then pegged onto some soft ground. This is just like attaching a camping tent to the ground albeit on a much bigger scale. The traditional pole marquee requirement that it be pegged onto the ground for stability purposes is one of the limitations of this marquee type. Another limitation facing this marquee type is the fact that they cannot be set up on hard surfaces, as they have to be pegged to the ground.

The frame marquee is also more stable than the traditional pole marquee and they have a longer shelf life as compared to the pole marquee. High peak tents or marquees are another popular option when it comes to organizing wedding events and outdoor corporate events. These tents are similar to the frame marquees but they tend to have a floating pole. The pole is held in place by cables that run overhead. They are more visually appealing than the frame marquees.
